This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.glarin.in, including the related mobile site (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned by glarin, an India-based sole proprietorship business (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your use of the Platform and services and tools made available therein are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies applicable to such transaction.
By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with glarin and these Terms of Use including the policies constitute your binding obligations.
1. User Agreement
For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, “you”, “your”, or “user” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Platform by accessing or using the Platform.
Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions under these Terms of Use, so please read the terms carefully before proceeding.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors, are not eligible to use the Platform.
3. Product Information
All products listed on the Platform are jewellery products sold online.
Product descriptions, images, and details are provided for reference purposes only. While we make every effort to display accurate information, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Our jewellery is described as 18k gold plated, anti tarnish, and hypoallergenic based on material standards. Individual skin reactions, usage conditions, and wear patterns may vary.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Payments for purchases are processed through authorized third party payment gateways. glarin does not store or have access to your card details, UPI information, or banking credentials.
By making a payment, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway service provider.
5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on the Platform does not constitute acceptance of the order.
glarin reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion due to product availability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
6. Shipping
glarin ships products only within India through third party courier and logistics service providers.
Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is five to seven business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
7. Returns and Refunds
glarin follows a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Refunds or replacements are considered only if the product is received in a damaged condition. A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be shared within forty eight hours of delivery for verification.
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. All decisions regarding refunds or replacements shall be at the sole discretion of glarin.
8. User Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration or purchase.
You shall be responsible for all activities conducted through your use of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, images, logos, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of glarin.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
glarin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, normal wear and tear, or delays caused by courier partners.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
glarin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
