Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or replacements may be considered for products purchased from www.glarin.in.

This policy is published in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

By placing an order on Glarin, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. No Return & No Exchange Policy

Glarin follows a strict no return and no exchange policy.

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of the product

  • Size or fit concerns

  • Design or color preference

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Delayed delivery

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


2. Exception for Damaged or Defective Products

A request will be considered only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video

  • The video must show the sealed package being opened from start to finish

  • The damaged or defective product must be clearly visible

⚠️ Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Reporting Timeline

All damage or defect-related requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for review.


4. Review, Replacement & Resolution

Once a request is received:

  • Glarin will review and verify the claim

  • The resolution will be decided at Glarin’s sole discretion If approved:

  • A replacement will be provided and delivered within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability

  • If the same product is not available, a refund will be initiated


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be initiated within 30 days of approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our end


6. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Improper handling or misuse

  • Allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivity

  • Minor surface marks inherent to handcrafted or plated jewellery


7. Quality Check

If a return or replacement is approved:

  • The product will undergo a mandatory quality inspection

  • If the product fails the inspection, the request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer


8. Limitation of Responsibility

Glarin shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by:

  • Third-party courier partners

  • Events beyond reasonable control (natural events, strikes, logistics disruptions)


9. Policy Updates

Glarin reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
