By placing an order on glarin, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed and confirmed on the Platform cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been processed or dispatched.

glarin reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion due to product unavailability, pricing discrepancies, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.


2. Refund Policy

glarin does not offer refunds as a standard practice.

A refund or replacement will be considered only in the event that the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are required to notify glarin within forty eight hours of delivery.

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be shared as proof. The video must show the package being opened from start to finish and clearly display the damaged product.

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

glarin shall examine the complaint and determine the resolution at its sole discretion. This may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


4. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, size or design concerns, color variation due to lighting or screen resolution, delayed delivery caused by courier partners, normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivity.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase within 30 days.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking partners and are outside the control of glarin.


6. Limitation of Liability

glarin shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by third party courier services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

glarin reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
